Hi. I love the software, but I have noticed that since I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 (x64), some of the metadata is not displayed; sometimes the title is missing for one or two items, sometimes the album data.

I have searched for this application, but I couldn't find anything about it. There is no official website or download to get and test. Since you have the application installed, right click the main executable file and go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows 7 from the list and then launch it using Run as Administrator. This could be the only way to use the software since no info could be found about it.
Secondly, if you can access it, locate the Help > About or browse to the installation directory in order to obtain the necessary contact info and get in touch with the developers. They should provide details and status about future releases and compatibility.
